As a disabled veteran, I truly appreciate finding a local business that genuinely treats people with care and respect. I came in with a brand-new pair of glasses that were giving me a severe headache because they didn't fit right. The optician here was absolutely awesome. She didn't rush the process at all—she took her time making multiple precise adjustments and had me try them on after each one to ensure the fit was absolutely perfect.

My experience at this optical truly exceeded my expectations as a first time patient here. I did come in with my two kids who are 4 and 6 years old and they noticed right away there were toys for them to play with while we wait. The pre-check was smooth and somehow my kids being there with me never once felt stressful since everyone was so pleasant and kind to them.
